Retreats

Our campus is at the end of a mile-long driveway on 500 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The silence here soothes your nervous system in a way that is hard to replicate elsewhere. Core to the experience of hosting a retreat here is simply being in a place where the quiet of nature overshadows human noise.

We welcome groups seeking a serene, restorative setting for organizational retreats, strategy sessions, and workshops.

We also welcome individuals seeking a personal retreat to write, paint, make music, rest, or create.

Spring Mountain Wellness is stewarded by frontline healthcare workers, caregivers, mutual aid organizers, and disaster responders. We understand how critical it is to have access to a quiet place to dream, strategize, and rest.

Our lodging facilities include:
Lodge: seven bedrooms with one large dorm-style bedroom and large classroom
Uptown cabin site: six cabins, one community kitchen
Downtown cabin site: five cabins, close access to the industrial camp kitchen
A-Frame cabin
Lowdown House: 2 bedroom house, kitchen, bathroom
Neighbor House: 3 bedroom house, kitchen, bathrooms
Acres and acres of land for tent camping
